Your Legal Right to Cancel
Under UK law, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods. This statutory “cooling-off period” allows you to change your mind for any reason.
Our Extended 30-Day Policy
We go further: in addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day cancellation and return window. This means you can cancel or return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
- Refunds include the product price and standard delivery costs.
- Enhanced delivery options (such as express shipping) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.
Exceptions
The cancellation right does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Fragrance bottles that have been opened or used.
- Hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed.
- Perishable items.
How to Cancel or Return
